Where is my question?

Hello,
I am new to forum,
I need help and I have asked a question to Hardware forum;
forum has told me to wait for moderators to check my question,
okey, but may be 6-7 hours I did wait, isnt it a bit long time to wait?

Did I miss something, do wrong? Or we really should wait so long?

Hi and welcome

You question is now viewable, the reason it ended up in moderation is the use of .... between .... text lines, this for new members kicks our spamfilter into action as this is a spam tactic used these days, so to protect our membership from un-needed spam.

Sadly some innocent posts such as yours are also caught up in that moderation, and as many forums are manned by volunteers in their own freetime, it can somethimes take a while to authorise some threads and posts, just depends which of the admin/moderation team are online and free.

Sorry for the lenght of time taken, but normally its much much quicker.

What I should have said more is non-standard characters tip the filter, as in --- ..... and excessive smilies used in a post, as for what they try and hide, that would be letting cat out of bag, but old trick was to hide urls in a fullstop.

but once you pass a point of number of posts then your past the trigger point, think your well past it
