It really is up to you to decide if you really need the extra performance.

No, get the 920, you can easily and i mean easily overclock the 920 to 3.2....thats what im using now, and thats the stock speed on the extreme edition, people have gone as far as 4.0ghz on the 920, and ive gone to 3.6ghz on air stable(though it was running hot at load times around 62C) but 3.2 is going pretty well for me so far.

    so get the 920.

Thanks; I kinda though a little OC would help make that little bit of deference, but i`m new to this building thing!! Only built one, i had cpu and a HD laying around, Soo way not give it a try!!! The one i`m working on now, I have an asus a8n32 deluxe MB, 4-1GB G.SKILL DDR 400 (PC 3200)Cas Latency 2.5, Timing 2.5-3-3-6, Voltage 2.6V - 2.75V , decent cooler, HD-undecided (but thinking about raid 5 set up), PS-undecided, OS-undecided ( vista 64 bit or XP PRO sp 3)____thanks for the info. on the CPU - Any input on the rest of this???

RAID 5 is great for data redundancy, but it may hurt your performance a little bit.
