    Good day,

I don't know if it was asked before, but I searched the forum and didn't find my answer.
I want to forward every email I send to xxx@xxx.com to yyy@yyy.com automatically, as if I was manually typing it in the CC field.

Is there a way to set it up in Message Rules in outlook express?

    regards
    :-o

I'm sorry, but here's the full scenario:

    Good day,

I don't know if it was asked before, but I searched the forum and didn't find my answer.
I have outlook express with two accounts, I want every email that I send using one of those accounts (xxx@xxx.com) to be automatically forwarded to another account (yyy@yyy.com), as if I manually typed it in the CC field.

Is there a way to set it up in Message Rules in outlook express?

I found some software called Auto BCC/CC, but can't we do it without such 3rd party software?
    regards
    :-o

not sure about outlook express, but can you set it up through your email provider for the first account?

Using Outlook express to forward messages is CLIENT based solution and will only work while Outlook Express is up and running. The suggestion that "thesmokingun" has made is a SERVER based solution and will work on the email server and not rely on a CLIENT connection. A better solution.

Hi jconstan. The method you mention applies to all messages, not just certain messages. I may be wrong but I think wants a technique that applies to just one particular recipient in To: box.

You can do that as well.

Thank you for your reply. I checked the email provider (which is GMail) and couldn't find anything except in Settings - Forwarding and POP/IMAP - it only allows you to forward an incoming message, not outgoing..

    Thank you jconstan,

I have tried it before asking for support, and it didn't work! (I can't figure why)
Of course I did as usafveteran expected, I applied the Condition to To: field..

    Any new ideas? :cry
