Resizing Pictures

    I have seen a post here about resizing pictures. I have looked and I can not find it. Some one posted XP power toys or some such software. I need a program to make pictures larger. I need them to be for walls size.....800 and 1024 ..... I am also looking for a program to make them smaller, for avatars and banners.

    yeah the Image Resizer powertoy is great for adjusting images quickly and it does have options for making smaller larger and advanced to add your own size.


    Best option for resizing pictures bigger is the likes of IfanView or XNView both free.

    Does Windows Vista have something to resize pics for email? If not how can i do it :-o

    Does vista have mspaint on it mate.. if it has you can do it in that.. open a pic, select edit, then select all.. then click on image tag at the top, then click on stretch/skew option, in the strech horizontal/vertical it resizes as a percentage factor. To keep perspective change these values so they are equal (that is e.g: both to 50% or 25% etc.)
