I want to enter a date in column 1 and then for columns 2, 3, 4 and 5 to display the date 28 days in advance of the previous column. Is this possible?
    Thank you

So, columns 2, 3, 4 and 5 will show the same thing?

Anyway, I believe you'll need to use a Query for those calculated date fields. You might have an expression for data calculation in your query, based on the table, such as: Expr1: [Table1]![Date]+30 or Expr1: [Table1]![Date]-28

Column 2 will display 28 days from column 1, Column 3 will display 28 days from column 2 and so on, each date will be different.

Would you recommend this method in Access 2003? I should have stated that I was using 2003 at the beginning

Yes, this method applies to Access 2003. Note: Expr1 or Expr2, etc. can be changed to Date2, Date3, or whatever. If you're not familiar with creating queries in Access, a book or good tutorial could be very helpful. If you have a library in your area, they may be a good source of references.

A very brief online tutorial can be viewed at http://www.elementk.com/freecourses/content/enus_084471/lesson.html. Click the item on the left column named "Add a Calculate Field to a Query".
