Well, that laptop died (hardware failure). I put it on my current laptop, but it has massive issues with the wireless drivers, which is a bit unacceptable in a laptop. So I ditched Ubuntu, on the basic principle that if it won't work, there's no point.

WTF? You can drive aged 16 in the US? I wouldn't trust a 16 year old with a Tonka truck, let alone a car. And in Minnesota? Don't they have a permafrost there? The conditions must be woeful, trying to drive on a frozen Tundra with the added dangers of a shifting ice sheet. And that's in August.
Still, one good thing about Minnesota. You got the Vikings.

lol, no we dont have permafrost in minnesota, at least not where i live.

its not a frozen wasteland, its actually a pretty nice place...and yes, you CAN drive at the age of 16, i have my driver's license, but my "car" is not really a "car"...im gonna save up some money and get a real car over the summer.

(and im not too sure about those vikings...)
