Sissel is one of the best European sopranos I had the pleasure of listening to growing up.

I get my Sissel videos from this YouTube channel. I figure that once listened to, her talent speaks for itself.

This one is especially good.

In repertoire, yes. I think I prefer Sissel's voice to Sarah Brightman's, but that is mainly a matter of personal preference... Sarah Brightman has amazing talent and knows how to use it.

Well the sun is just pretty good:-D I love listening to Out of the Blue by system F when the sun is our or just coming up or going down on a clear morning or night,kinda makes me feel glad to be alive.

First time I heard the '4 non blondes ,What's Up' I was also on the best holiday of my life an adventure week and it was blistering hot and the instructors were all singing it,never forget that day,I was 13 if I recall just about to go abseiling.:-D

I see, no better reason then a song evoking good feelings or memories.

 

Smells do that for me also not as long as a tune but a smell can completely transport me to a place and time if only for a split second.

I have a really keen sense of smell if someone is cooking I can tell if a pan is beginning to burn from anywhere in the house before they do ,:-D
