Best Vista tips maintenance

    Is there an article, or something similar, which I can give to my friend who is very new to Vista, and is not too familiar with computers in general, which would have a really good list of the top tips to maintain the computer to run a bit faster, increase stability?? I am going to recommend to her to also download the apps I have found to help me from this site including antivirus, defrag, and cc reg cleaner.
