intel(R)PROSet..resources are not available

    I am using Windows XP Home edition. When I try to open up control panel I get a message box saying "intel(R)PROSet...resources are not available":confused. I close this box and then it takes what feels like "forever" to get to the control panel. What is wrong??

    Hi

    Navigate to this location C:\Windows\System32\ and delete this file PRAppletl which should remove the error.

    and as this is a driver and likely your WiFi one, is your WiFi working ok? if not then you may need to re-install the drivers, and for this follow the below as we will need some info from you on your PC specs.

    Yes, that fixed it....thank you so much!!! And I don't use WiFi so no problems there.:-D:
