Barebones auto site running

Decided to start up an auto news website for fun. Of course, your now wondering why bother? Glad you asked. I noticed few to no websites cover the same stories and many seem interested in either the really big, or really small stories. I thought I would try and cover all the news, plus do it with a community based theme, so fellow car lovers can discuss the latest articles. I have another name in mind but for now, it is The Car Geeks and can be found at http://www.thecargeeks.com/index.php It is a basic Pligg install with what I feel are very unique categories of news including:

Automotive - News
Motorcycle - News
Nascar - News
F1 - News
Other - Whatever
Events - Car shows, etc.
Ebay - Interesting Ebay auctions
Shopping - Deals on wheels and stuff
Weird - Like Way Off Base for cars
YouTube - Anything related on YouTube

These categories should cover all the basic news everyone needs as well as provide some entertainment. I really love this idea and welcome you all to visit. If your a car geek, then register and post some news! I plan to have a new theme up next week and hope to continue to build this community. Having fun with it and Halo a few members here have already been helping. Ideas, comments and suggestions welcome.

Thanks again. Will be changing backends again, the dicks at Pligg (well, ChuckRoast @ Pligg) decided to answer a question I had. I felt he was short, rude and condescending and did not answer my simple question. From there he just got stupider and stupider all why refusing to answer my question. Now I know why the Pligg CMS has so few users and even fewer forum users. Hence, we are changing databases to Contentteller soon since it has better support and code.

Let this be a warning to you, if you use Pligg, I hope it runs perfectly for you, don't make any noise on their website, they just talk down to you, then ban you. If you did not buy any addons, you get what you pay for with Pligg. Also, 2 of 4 addon modules I purchased (to show my support) also did not work. One was s imply a spam text file for 10 bucks that he blamed Pligg code on. Silly, it's always someone elses fault at Pligg.

Looking for a CMS? Find a different CMS like Contentteller or Joomla, for example.
