Pogo Private Chat

My sister and I play Pogo every night. Recently when I click on her name and invite her to Private Chat, I get the message that she has refused. :cry
She must have accidentily put a check mark in the refuse window.

I have to send her an Instant Message and ask her to invite me, that's the only way we can chat.

I need to know how she can cancel that and accept all invitations to private chat.

All help will be appreciated. :drool
