    Hi

Wow that if available would be a large and heavy book, tbh there are so many illnesses and medical conditions that no one book could ever cover the topics which is why in medicine we have various specialisms, I work in ophthalmology and just on one topic on a condition called Dry Armd and one component of this condtion called Drusen I have sitting behind me on the shelf 4 large 4" wide A4 books just on that one subject, while the eye is small it's has 1000s of conditions

You could try the likes of
    medlineplus.gov
    nhsdirect.nhs.uk. and it's Health Encyclopeadia
    health.nih.gov

Master, most medical illnesses are categorized by the area of the body they concern. Also, they are discussed and listed in huge tomes like Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Ophthalmology (eye), Otolaryngology (e.n.t.), Gastroenterology (stomach, intestinal diseases), etc. You will be looking more for areas of interest because I am unaware of a simple list if illnesses as a whole involving the human body. Try breaking down a google search into body systems and organs and you will have more luck.
btw, I learned 10K new words in my first year in medical school. Good luck.

I hear you on that GK as I'm still picking up new words and diseases weekly in ophthalmology as I specalise in research into just two disease types so come into contact with others and uveitis is one that covers alot of conditions!

It's the medical acronyms that stump me at times looking over notes at past visits. Seems each specalism has it's own language and terminology!!!
