winifighter....

My stepfather comes n tells me has some type of virus (as usual every 3-4 months) *smh*
So i see some kind of false malware proggy called "Winifighter" Problem is it seems that (from what i can see) it's not letting me open Malware bytes or install any kind of Anti malware program.
He just brought his pc from the repair shop like 2-3 months ago n i find it odd that it seems he had no anti virus installed....
So anyhow I DL malwarebytes, S&D, and AVG but i cannot open or install any of them... .It must be because of this lame winifighter thing... How do i bypass n remove this BS?

First, don't bump as it only hurts you. Neither ComboFix nor MGTools require an installation.

Also, did you try renaming any of the scans or try running them in safe mode?

When you reply, I would like to have at minimum the C:\MGLOgs.zip
