Opps! Disconnected led and hdd wires

I was replacing the body on my pc ( do not ask why lol) I managed to replace the motherboard, cd-rom,A drive etc. In the process though I disconnected the led light for on/off, led for reset button and hhd led wires. I do know all three connect onto the pins on the left but not sure exactly where! I have an a-open motherboard, is there any suggestion on how or where I can find the exact placements. Also I purposely disconnected the speaker, so I have a loose audio cable, hmm I wonder where that goes? Could this be why my sound does not work? Or is it because I erased the hd and need to update every driver lol? Any help is gratefully accepted! Thanks in advance! (unless you did not help lol)

 

I have now figured out how too connect the led,reset and hhd wires! I am in the process of updating all the drivers. Still wondering if where if any where does a loose audio cable goes and a usb cable? I will update my progress when I get all updates!
