Please help. FireFox doesn't work, wont startup after crash

My FireFox browser doesn't work anymore. Everytime I try to run it, it just brings up the Mozilla Crash Reporter and than nothing ever gets solved after pressing restart firefox button. It just remains crashed. I did a system chckdisk on a restart thinking that that would fix it but it didn't. I haven't really seen anything much from the net, getting desperate here, I love Firefox...it has to work! a



I don't think its virus crap related, i cleaned my pc with the malware steps and couldn't resolve the firefox issue

 

Have you tried re-installing firefox?

Download Revo Unistaller from here at majorgeeks and that will uninstall your firefox browser and all the files related to it once that is done go back to mozilla website and download the firefox browser again this time it should solve your firefox problem
