Help please I have been working all day at removing infected

    First I want to give a shout out thanks to the folks who posted the DIY steps in this forum.

    Unfortunately, I think I still have myself a problem as my machine is running slow and loud as I navigate about, some links I used to click once to open now require multiple tries (sluggish response). This has been annoying at best but the real tip off today was when I was fighting my machine as it tried to stop me from downloading anti malware and spyware programs. I've read this can be common when infected?

    After following this forums DIY steps (all the way up to combofix - got super nervous about going ahead solo)
    I ran a Spyeraser and a trojan.explorm.a along with malware and adwares were detected.

    I cringe to think that I've been invaded. Can someone walk me through next steps?

    Bad idea and not part of our procedure. As stated in our instructions, once you begin our cleaning process, you must only do what we ask and nothing else.

    You need to complete the full cleaning process and attach the 5 logs that were requested.
