hi, i have a Dell Inspiron 1545 and the other day it started to load, the it said to launch start up repair then it goes onto a blue screen with the message: STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The windows subsystem system process terminated unexpectantly with a status of 0x c0000005 (0x77a019e4 0x001ced10). The system has now been shut down.
I have had another message saying:
STOP: c0000135 unable to locate component. this application has failed to start because kernel32.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I have tried to reinstall vista but it doesnt work and i have tried start the laptop in safe mode but it doesnt work either.
Im not sure what has caused this as the laptop isnt even a month old.
Can anyone help me i have no idea what is wrong?
    thanks.

I would take it back to where it was bought from, a BSOD on a less-than-month-old unit is not good!
