Need quick help on Windows Vista

Ok I have Windows Vista, and when I start up my system after a reboot, On the bottom right, where my tasks are, I always get this one that has at least 3 programs blocked that should start with the system, but i have to right click and activate them from there. How do i get them off that so they'll start right off without me having to do that every time?

 

Well, not knowing what the programs are, try installing them as admin., either that or turn UAC off if I understand you properly.

 

Well, what is the UAC, and one is Steam, which i know I had set up under admin account, another is my Anti-Virus program. and i know i set it up under admin account too. and the thing that shows up on the taskbar says "Run blocked startup programs" and has those under the liset.

 

Sounds like your AV doesn't see your proggies. Right click the message to see where it's coming from, that's not part of Vista's UAC as you would know if it was, I assume Steam is part of a gaming thing?

Oh, UAC is 'User Account Control' accessible through Control Panel. You can disable it as you have an AV and install a FW too.
