That's wicked,if they can make use of the spin of electrons it could open a whole new world of technologies.

I have always envisioned generating power from the latent heat in the atmosphere,if they can channel the heat of the atmosphere into spinning electrons then collect that energy through electromagnetic induction our energy worries are over.

But if we remove the heat from the atmosphere we will all freeze.

Hey, maybe this & global warming = solution?

That is pretty cool. The way memory technology is progressing by leaps and bounds amazes me.

I remember the first PC I bought - a whopping 166mhz processor and 64mb of RAM (I called a buddy and bragged about the ram - he had only 32mb . . . :-D). My hard-drive was a whopping 2gb! I thought I could never use that much space!

I paid almost 2,000 dollars for that system . . . it was one step down from the best going at the time . . . now I have a tiny USB drive with four times the capacity of that hard-drive, and I can buy 2GB of DDR2 RAM for 20 bucks . . . it's just amazing . . .

Sounds like something you could put into a cell phone for mass storage.
