E-mail issues

Alright, one of kids downloaded Cyber Security on our computer, spent the afternoon getting rid of that only problem now is that I can't get into my e-mail. Prompt comes up that windows does not recognize the program. All the while my mail boxes gets more and more mail that I cannot access. Any thoughts on what has happened?

Since we have no idea what infections you really had nor what you did in your attempts to fix it, the answer is no and you should post in the Software Forum about what email program you are using and exactly what problems you are having. Perhaps you need reinstall whatever program you are using.
