    That's really cool he gets quite a bit of speed up,over here though he'd be arrested for not having any tax or insurance.:-D

    Parents keep buying these mini petrol powered scooters for their kids over here but as soon as the police see them they just confiscate them and have them destroyed.

    The law need amending IMO,people should be free to whizz about on these things without a license,tax or insurance.

    I love that wheelchair!!!! :celebrate A lot better than some stately 5MPH piece of crap though I would have to get a racing chair like he has. I want one with snow tires and chains too!!!!:-D

    EDIT: I was just thinking, used to be that 49CC and less motors were legal here back in the 70's. I wonder if it's still the same.

    Well the law over here says you have to have a provisional license "just a day riding around cones." and insurance.

    In a year or so they are scrapping it though so you'll need a full bike license for even a scooter,the reason being provisional license is just so you can commute for two years until you get your full bike license and people were just doing the provisional again every two years.

    Gov just wants that road tax rolleyes
