just found

    hello again its me, ive just done a malware bytes search and i want to know how bad my infection is, i not a clue how i got it just found it today on a full scan

    You already had Chaslang review your logs. He has responded to your issues. He also cautioned you about multi-posting.


    Unless this is a new issue.

    ok is this pick on me time?? i forget things very easy so as i said i am sorry for the multi post, forgive my ignorance , just getting to much for me and its stressing me out , so thank you and i better just wait and see if anybody on major geeks can fix the problem. I have been here a few times and fixed most things here, just find it weird that nobody knows what is wrong.

    No one is picking on you. It is equally confusing for us when there are multiple posts regarding one issue.

    I replied to your original post in this thread asking you to do the Read and Run First instructions. Why> because your MBAM log showed some infection and I can not ascertain if your system is further infected without seeing the requested logs.

    So I am assuming that this is a new issue. And if so, you need to do those instructions again! Do not think that no one is willing to help you. We can only do so with you helping us by giving us as much info on your problems as possible. :)

    ok i understand now mate so if i do it again you can see if there is anything still hiding on my pc. ive never seen them infections before and they just came on the pc after i did all the other things, so i will do all the scans tomorrow then as its bit late now for me to start.
