Installing graphics driver update qstn

Alright so I am going to install the new nvidia graphics driver update. I was wondering do I have to uninstall the previous gfx driver or can i just install the new one? I usually just install the latest one without uninstalling the older one. So I want to make sure that this would not cause problems.

 

it shouldn't if it's just a driver update for your installed version.

occasionally, some driver updates (for any kind of program) will cause problems, but not usually. you could set a system restore to go back to if you're worried and there's no rollback/uninstall feature, but i'm thinking you probably won't have any problems with nVidia especially since you haven't before.
