I done the read me run me stuff. No changes.

Malware did find 3 and fixed them.

Antivir says it is finding one but offers no option to fix, quarantine...etc. it just says one detection.

i have remove it pro 7, it will not update and tech support will not respond. RP7 says i have 14 viruses. tech support says if i update it will work, problem is i can't update the program and they refuse to send a link that i can download an updated version. i tried using the free version and it will not run period.

i downloaded hijack this and this is the log.

the reason i know that i have a problem is that i have one program that will not run. message is that .exe file is missing.

    thanks for any help.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!
We're sorry, but we do not consider the READ & RUN ME to be completed until you attach the 5 requested logs and we specified no HijackThis logs. You need to attach logs from ALL of the below whether anything was found or not as stated in the instructions:

    • SUPERAntiSpyware
    • Malwarebytes
    • ComboFix
    • RootRepeal
    • MGtools
This is junk and should be uninstalled before it messes up your OS. It will delete all kinds of valid files including files belonging to Windows. May be too late already if you ran it.
