The little Green Radars on the left...

    I know its a silly question but i was just wondering!

    What do the little green radar looking things on the left hand side mean?

    Some of them go round like a radar, some dont.

    Just in case you dont have a clue what i am going on about, attatched are the radars! ROFL!
