   I am trying to fix my computer because it has been "kidnapped" by Malware and has other issues as well. I have been following the procedure outlined in the Malware Removal Guide but my computer will not allow me to run programs like:
   
   SuperAntispyware
   Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
   
   I keep getting a message from Microsoft Windows stating the following:
   
   "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware has stopped working"
   
   Does anyone have any advice for me??
