Is my pc suffering from a Memory leak ?

I think my pc is suffering from some kind of memory leak (IMO). I've got 4gb of RAM installed, but the free RAM slowly decreases until it gets down to around 500MB, at which point if I try to run anything, I get the message: "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service".
I'm running Windows 7 64bit.
I've run memtest86+- and there were no errors with the RAM.
I've done antivirus checks (NOD32) and anti malware (MBAM), and nothing to be found.
I've tried decreasing the pagefile from 4096 down to 2048, no help.
The only thing that I even remotely suspect is svchost.exe, which is currently around 102,000 K.

You do have a Swapfile enabled?

System resources are not confined to RAM installed or available.

You may have a badly written/behaving program running, perhaps there's a problem with some 32-App, maybe malware (as you've already suspected); first you need to find which part of the resources is being stretched.

To chime in if I may, does this occur if you boot into safe mode?

 

I haven't tried in safemode tbh. I'll try that though.

 

By swapfile you mean the pagefile right ?
I'm not too sure that it's malware because I've got both NOD32 and Malwarebytes Anti Malware running.
RE: sysinternals - I did run process explorer yesterday, and took a screen shot, but I didn't know whether or not I'm allowed to paste it.
