Xmass Bonus

Was a hard decision, upgrade the computer, or buy a new toy... Think I will struggle along with the old Quad Core computer for a little longer. :-D

Exercised my 2nd Amendment right today, picked up one of these: http://www.glock.com/english/glock23.htm

Comes with 3 13rd mags, and otional 15 and 17rd ones available. :drool Not the nicest gun to look at, but very nice, and simple to operate. Can field strip it in just a few secs. Too bad the only defense rounds they had were the wimpy 155 grain rounds... Will have to order some proper rounds for it. Even has a rail for a light and or laser site.

 

Very nice "toy".

I still don't know why I sold my old Glock 23... Love this one, got bullets ordered. :-D Need to look into a light for it.

 

If I were you I'd get some health insurance,all that's just stuff.

Oh yes, they are 'plastic'. Glock calls it polymar (sp). WOOT, just noticed it has night sites!!!

The Glock is one of the most reliable, and durable handguns you can get.

So far my doctors have been accepting cash.

Critical parts, the chamber, barrel and all are metal. Ugly sucker, but a great weapon.

Nice! I have a 17 and a 19. The 17 has night sights, the 19 does not. I bought the 17 for $100 from the workplace (they dumped an extra 25, gave us first crack at them )

Get the big mags too! 17 rd'ers!!

 

Gonna stick with the 13 rd mags for a while. I generally carry the gun and one extra mag, if I need more than 26 rounds, I am not in a happy place! :-D
