really hidden malware

I have just downloaded the Charter security suite on Saturday. Before doing so I ran a full and partial scan on F-secure which they recommend. No spyware showed. I also ran a microsoft scan and nothing showed. the only place I get this result is from the Charter scan but it will not clean it. I have run it about 3 times (full scan). I am not very computer literate so I was afraid to run the process under the read and run for fear it might not recognize this trojan as well. It appears to me this is a file embedded in the system. Is this correct? Following is the info from the Charter scan.

I did go back to the Read and Run and did all but the very last scan. I felt it was a little to involved for me. None of the other scans picked up the virus I am concerned about.

In order to thoroughly check for malware I will need to see logs from running the following, and the log from MGTools is paticularly important so that's a step not to miss if you require my assistance. The choice is yours
