Many thanks for the great feedback on the forum , its very much apprieciated by all the admin/moderation team, the owners in Tim and Jim who created this superb forum area as well as the folk who actually make a webforum a webforum the members, who dedicate their free time to help others with whatever knowledge they have to fix PC issues, no-one gets paid for this, so is all dedication.

We have always from the outset tried to aim the forum not to a neiche market but to all PC users be they 10yrs old or 100yrs old, dont care about your politics, religion etc the goal is to share and help in techinical PC issues and this shows no cultural boundaries at all, as you likely can see by the vast array of countries represented by the membership of Majorgeeks.

Our main docterine is one of "no question is stupid or silly, the only one that is is the one not asked", some forums ridicule novice members BUT we dont, we try our best to help them understand computing, hardware and software more, I say this as we all have varying degrees of knowledge of computing and this is great as its a collective group that can likely answer all questions with some accuracy to help you fix your issue.

Also we do try as best as possible to aim our answers in plain English (yes collinsl... Queens English.. hehehehe ) and if it helps with screenshots to help the user if they are a novice to PCs, while many here are PC techs and work in the industry, many are not and just want simple answers to fix their issue.

Our malware forum is second to none in my honest opinion and Chaslang and team do a superb job and one that has me in awe of them all for the dedication and time spent to help others remove malware, which is not an easy task.
