    Hi

Dont have one of those as I generally perfer Samsung LCDs but the specs and the ACER name do tend to be good models, I like ACER for laptops and have two of them, so build quality I feel is good on their hardware items.

Size and contast ratio are good and $150 is a great price I would imagine, not too up on $s for goods (being in UK and using GBP £)

I think I'm going to pull the trigger and get that monitor.

The seller has decent feedback and I would be covered by Ebay and Paypal, in case there is a problem.

Thanks for everyone's responses and opinions and I'll post back after I receive it and update.

I think you got a damn good deal ... hell just I paid $150 for a 22" hanns-g ... it has a higher resolution and a hdmi jack and speakers, but still $100.45 new ... for a acer ... man ... and free shipping too! Yes ... I would have hopped on it too.:-D But why do they call it a kit?

    Good job!:wave

Maybe the seller hopes that I'll Keep In Touch (KIT). :foolish

No, but seriously, maybe they meant a bundle because of the warranty that they listed.

Everything in the listing indicates that there is an actual monitor and if not, they will have some 'splaining to do to Paypal and the bay. :boxing

That's a great deal ... the cheapest I see on that one is $199 to the door ... 25" is a bit too big for me ... and $150 was my absolute cut off. I missed getting it for $140 to the door by three days ... :cry

Received an email that they were out of stock and seller refunded. :cry

Oh well, it looked too good to be true anyway.

Live and learn,I don't buy electrical goods from the internet period there are too many variables and returning them is a PITA,I find good local store with reasonable prices and a no hassle returns policy, the larger the store the better.

I know this isn't possible for some people on a really tight budget.

Well I guess I won't be hearing from that seller ... it said he had more in stock at the end of the sale and I emailed asking if he was going to repost ... dang ... that's a bit of bad luck! But keep looking ... there are plenty of good deals on monitors at ebay and else where on line.:wave

I was mainly trying to buy on the bay due to having the money already in my Paypal account.

Oh well, that 22" would have taken up quite a bit of Real Estate on my desk.

I just bought an Acer X191Wsd for $109 shipped. A little smaller than I originally wanted, but had to stay within a budget.

I could have withdrawn the money and possibly went out next weekend, but I have such a busy schedule coming up, that I doubt that I'd be going anywhere fun any time soon.

Micro Center is my favorite toy store!!! :heli

I went from a 19" CRT monitor that literally took up most of my desk space to the 25" LCD widescreen which sits at the back of the desk top freeing up a ton of space. And I don't need my reading glasses when I have the browser fill the screen:-D

Part of my problem is that my monitor, multi-function printer, cable modem and speakers all need to share the shelf on top of the desk.

The desk top itself is empty, but not really practical to place any of those items there.

You won't believe what I came home to today. My new monitor. :celebrate

Unbelievably fast shipping and thing thing rocks. :dood

I underestimated the minimal space that a flat panel would take up. I could have gone much bigger, but this will more than do for now. :cool
