Mistakes

Is every mistake foolish? :confused

 

lol I'm just having a similar conversation with my son and I'll tell you the same thing I told him.
We are human, we make mistakes, we have regrets, the only thing we can do is learn from them in order to prevent us from repeating them.

ALWAYS take resposibility for your actions. Try not to regret but try to evolve.

To avoid foolish mistakes, think before you act.

 

I think all mistakes are foolish BUT learning from those mistakes is what makes us not a fool.

 

We ALL make mistakes. It is what we learn from them decides whether we are a fool or not!

Only the ones you don't learn from, and the ones you keep repeating.

 

Mistakes are errors and errors have numbers, or so my PC tells me, when i make a mistake, or, when it makes a mistake ! LOL

I have made many mistakes in my life and sometimes been very foolish but if they had not happened i would still be in 5th grade.

 

I liked George for the most part but he sure could botch up a quote! I always thought that one was the funniest.:-D

 

No mistake is really foolish, as long as something is learned from it.

He who makes no mistakes in life is not really living, in my view.

 

Of course not! It depends if you're repeating something that you should know better of. BTW, I haven't read the thread so sorry if I'm inadvertently plagiarizing someone.

I always joked and said we were mistakes when younger to my mother. But she didn't find it to funny. Another true story was my mom really did think I was going to be a girl tho when they had me(I am a boy).

 

Or is learning from other peoples' mistakes...

 

I've learned from George W's mistakes,if I get reincarnated as George W Bush,don't talk. :-D

 

Depends on the level of mistake, I guess. If I give you my phone number but inadvertently insert a wrong number, that's a mistake, but not a foolish mistake. If I rob a bank, that could certainly be seen as a foolish mistake, among other things.
