eSATA rocks!

I finally got my hands on an external dock, that I can plug any 2.5 or 3.5 SATA drive into, and access the contents. I've been plugging it into Black Lotu (the sexy laptop) for moving over all the stuff from my desktop, and for backing things up, and it's ridiculously fast.

I'm a happy little geek, despite being home sick. I can play with the computer toys all day long.

Exactly! It's amazing how effective it is to simply sleep for 11 hours straight. I woke up by noon and felt almost human again.
