I don't understand this as all cores are engaged and pinned in TM so it shouldn't throttle back on that core. I attached a SIW screenie, also Everest showed the same thing but it cycles the cores on one line so no screenie there. TIA.:)

What version of SIW are you using, I can't find the same thing on my computer. Also, where are you getting the info from on SIW? Very interesting thing here.

Scroll down on the left to Hardware. Click on CPU Info.

Guess it is time to update my SIW.

    Don't see each core listed.

Do you show a little box with a + inside it?
This is on the right panel under Number of Cores.
If you do, click on the + in the box.
Works on my P4 HT CPU. Shows as 2 cores at
    Speed 1200MHz
    Multiplier 6.0

Latest home version. Go to Hardware/CPUinfo and make sure to expand the 'Number of cores' tree.

Odd, I don't see that option.

OK, this is interesting. No screenie because the multiplier changes from 9 to 6 for 3 secs/15 secs on all cores but as CPU-Z only displays one core at a time, I can't get more data. Everest also saw the multiplier @ 6 but the trial only shows one core at a time too.

All in all it seems to be simply a reporting issue and the OC has been running error free for 10 days now.http://www.overclockers.com/forums/oc_images/images/smilies/cool.gif

    Thanks for your insight folks!

Good luck on getting your SIW issue resolved Fred.:)
