Major I'm a Minor when it comes to Computer

Hi! Everybody, My problem is I can't restore My system,can't defrag it,and the system is really slow. when I restart the computer, a blue screen comes up and it says the volume is dirty, I scanned with Malwarebytes and it found a backdoorbot scan with SuperAntispyware and it found Trojan.Agent/Gen-Nullo[Micro] both are quarantined. I don't know where to start,I will do all that I'm told to do, thanks in advance

I have Avast how do I
Empty ALL Quarantine type folders for antivirus and antispyware applications in this application

 

You should do as Fred G post states. Go do the Read and Run section and post all the logs in the malware section of forums.

Have not ever done that in Avast. Maybe one of the malware gurus will stop by and can answer that for you.
