GPU intake fan on top of PSU intake fan

Ok so here is what's going on...

I recently got a HAF 932 case. I put the following:

2 - 120 mms intake fans on the side
1 - 200 mm exhaust fan on top
1 - 120 mm exhaust fan on the back
1 - 200 mm intake fan on front

The GPU nvidia gts 250 (http://www.pcplanetsystems.com/abc/product_details.php?category_id=193&item_id=3965) sits on a sweet spot where it gets the air from the side fans, and the front. The PSU sits on the bottom with its intake fan facing up towards the GPU's Intake fan. I could have the PSU facing down because the case has holes in the bottom for fans as well or to flip the psu.

My question is the following: Is the intake PSU fan fighting against the GPU's intake fan for air because they are facing eachother? is it a big deal even though there is so much intake air going in from the intake fans?

Right now the GPU stays at a constant 49-56c when playing games, unlike in the previous case where it'd go up to 70-80c. I think that's a good thing but I'll let you guys, the experts, decide.

If your gpu is 49-56 while playing game the temps of your GPU are fine

The only time I would worry is if you GPU started pushing over 80c

    I agree.

But if i was you i would flip the PSU anyway, as you dont know the PSU temps, and it could be getting rather hot.

So you recommend flipping the PSU having the exhaust fan facing the floor? Do you think the exhaust fan will be powerful enough to pick up dust/hairs/etc from the floor if it's about 4 feet away from the floor? I don't think it would be that powerful, though I do think your recommendation is a better idea.

The exhaust on a PSU is always out the back, the one that is pointing inside your case is the intake.

You will get some dust into the PSU, but nothing that will affect it that bad. If you are worried, then get a dust filter.
