I updated java , used Ccleaner ,put msconfig on normal startup, uninstalled malware, disabled disk emulation, ran Super anti spyware, Malwarebytes & antispyware, MGtools, disabled uac. I'm sending the highjack this log also. Hopefully you can help me get rid of keylogger or whatever it is once and for all. I will wait patiently for your reply.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Other than some minor adware, your logs were clean.

Why do you think you have a keylogger?

I think I have a keylogger because my skype account was compromised and someone got all my visa credit card info from it and I cant reset my password without them getting my new password thru email, also they used my american express card (which I never used on skype account) and opened a paypal account with it......So I just assumed it was a keylogger. I don't understand how he keeps getting my new passwords.

This could have occurred just due to how you use Skype itself or if you ever ran it on another PC and connected the problem could have been from this other PC.

Goto another PC and change it, but I still don't think your PC has a keylogger.

Again this still could have been stolen elsewhere. It did not have to occur on your PC. If you ever used your credit card on any other PC or it may not even have been stolen via a PC. How do you know it is the same person that hacked your Skype account that also used your credit card info.

Sounds to me like you may have suffered from some form of identity threft which you should report to authorities.

If you truly are convinced that this PC is the root of your problem, the safest, most secure thing to do is a total clean reinstall which includes deleting partitions, repartitioning, formatting and reinstalling.

It would be a good idea for you to read the below:

Ty so much for your help, and you are right about it being on another pc.......I just wanted to make sure it wasnt on this one. Ive already did a reinstall on the other infected pc. But now I can rest assured that this one was not infected thanks to your expertise and help.

    You're welcome.

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /uninstall
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /uninstall, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Go back to step 6 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    4. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    5. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    6. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    7. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    8. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    9. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
