Windows Live Messenger Crash on opening

I have had Windows 7 for quite some time now and it's given me no issues. Just yesterday my router fried and at that same time msn crashed. I figured it was just something stupid and I didn't try to open it again until later that night. When I went to open it again it just simply crashed. It show in my task bar and then this error would pop up:

Windows Live Messenger has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I do have the Plus add-on and I have it set on multiple login capabilities. They have been in use since I've downloaded Windows Live Messenger on my operating system a few months ago. This error does come up every time I try to open Windows Live and doesn't even bring me to the login screen.

I own Perfect Uninstaller and since Windows Live Messenger is Microsoft software I didn't want to take chances in accidentally deleting an important OS registry key. So I used that program to fully remove Windows Live including the login assistance and all that fun stuff. Now I have fully uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but am getting the same error. There are no real details given. I did not redownload Plus! or change it to multiple usage.

HELP!! PLEASE!!

 

I did the quickscan and then relaunched Windows live and still have the same issue. im trying the full scan now.... now if it still doesnt work after this scan what should I do?

 

if you read my first post it said that i removed anything to do with windows live messenger.. that would include plus.. i ran a full scan with super anti spyware. i already had the program on my comp before you mentioned it. im not computer illiterate lol this is just an unknown issue for me. there seems to be no real solution on the internet either...


btw you never ASKED about plus you just said remove it.. which was done prior to me posting the first message...

so once again.. what could i possibley do to fix this v.v

 

I used Perfect Uninstaller and removed ALL WLM components.. its been recommended to me from other forums.. still no change though.. still the same error...

 

ive NEVER had issues with it.. it literally stopped working when my router died... literally... like my internet went down and WLM crashed and hasnt worked since...
