I can only dream as I'm watching my diet. Told my brat I'll have a six pack in a year. Wishful thinking, with all the alchohol!

Basically sikvik Welsh Rarebit is just cheese on toast, salt and pepper are optional, and preferably cheddar cheese ! Mmmmmmmm :drool:drool:drool !

In fact now you mention it Welsh rarebit here i come ! See you in a mo folks !

Welsh Rarebit sound a lot more exotic than cheese on toast:-

I did the same but with a bit of fresh coriander a teaspoon of finely chopped onions and some garlic.

 

My version of Welsh Rarebit:- Melted Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, dash of Worcestershire sauce; dash of hot English mustard. Pour over fresh toast.:yum
Had bacon sandwich and crumpets and honey for breakfast, here.:drool

I had sod all. Not even coffee. Late for work. Six o'clock start.
Made up for it when I came in at dinner time (that's noon for the world that ain't in the north of England.)
Bombay bad boy full strength Pot Noodle, two chewee bars (choc chip), a Twix and a cup of coffee. Not that posh pish in the coffee thread either. Mellow Bird's or death. Nothing else will do.

 

Just had to look. Need my bacon a little more cooked than that, otherwise, I'm on board. :drool

Turkey bacon? Not for me man, I might do regular bacon a couple of times a month as a treat instead of eating bacon flavoured cardboard! To each their own. Same with with 'ice cream' and not with skim milk plus additives to try and replicate the real flavour and texture, you need the fat content. We buy a pint a month of Haagen Dasz with some melted dark choco. :yum I also like a wee dram of single malt to go along with that.

 

I remember one time in a supermarket, a guy asked for soy bacon. Are you kidding me?

That is like painting a mustache on the Mona Lisa. Wrong on so many levels. :guns

I'm shocked and surprised . . . not! :-D

I can eat most anything for breakfast - mexican included. Today I had fried chicken . . . but my "breakfast" is usually at six in the evening.
