BSOD after running Root Repeal

    Greetings.

Due to a very slow relative's computer I began the process of the READ ME thread for malware removal which has helped me fix many computers in the past. I have gotten through the sequence of steps with no problems until I ran Root Repeal. I tried running it multiple times but it would always hang and never finish, completely locking up the machine. And now I have received 3 different BSODs since I have tried to run it. (I was not receiving any BSODs before.)

I've attached the logs that were created via the other software scans along with the latest minidump.

Can anyone help me fix Root Repeal and especially these new BSODs? Should I continue on with the READ ME process or fix these new errors first?

    Many thanks!

I assume you meant your relative's computer is slow and not your relative. :-D

As stated in the very first section of the READ & RUN ME, you need to continue on to the next steps. So finish running MGtools and attach the log.

You did not update Malwarebytes so I suggest that you update it and run a new scan and attach the new log.
