The very first part of the music sounds, to me, like the music that a snake-charmer plays or for a belly-dancer.

 

The beat is outstanding for dancing... solid 4-beat with a steady pulse and a rhythm behind that mixes things up. The song itself sucks monkey balls though. Horrible.

A friend of mine used to describe this kind of music as "you listen with your feet, not with your ears"

 

I con't remember the name of the tune but I did kind of find it, it's the old snake charming song from India that you would always see in movies.

Well technically speaking in North america they seem to use that one pretty freely, either they don't know what it means or they changed the meaning, hell even Chandler says it on Friends a few times lol .... oh and I hear it on morning radio quite a bit too, always makes me chuckle :-D

 

i don't think it's because he's young... most of the kids around here espcially the younger ones would be able to fill the gaps no problemo. he's evidently lived a sheltered life
