Sorry it took so long to get to this, but my son insisted that we go out to eat and we just now got back! Zach was so excited about my b'day that he wanted to pick the place to eat, so I said okay. Hey, there's nothing wrong with Wendy's Chicken Nuggets!;) Actually, Wendy's was NOT my first choice for an eatery, but Zach loved it and we did have a good time and that's what counts!!:) Thanks guys, and gals, for the b'day wishes, I really do appreciate it ALOT!! And thanks Mimsy for the cake! However, did you really think it was wise to post a cake? I mean, I'm sure Tim is lurking around here somewhere:-D I would gladly let Tim have some, but I'm not sure of MG's rules regarding 'feeding the Admins!!'roflmao Thanks again everyone!!:)

    Happy b-day Stubby!

Happy B-Day, wow, some fine dinning at Wendy's... Hope that did not hit your wallet too hard! :-D Actually around here, Wendy's is one of the better fast food places as far as food and cleanliness. Now, bust out some of those adult 'frosties' ;)

    Don't worry about those rules.
I believe that Tim helps himself.
(Who would get between him and cake?)

Yeah actually Laura, we did have a Frosty! Zach had a large chocolate with M&Ms, but all I could handle was a small one! After all, a person of my age HAS to watch his figureroflmao As for the french fries, well I know this is going to sound very 'UnAmerican,' but I don't care for fries!!:-o I don't know why, but I just never acquired a taste for them. However, don't ever turn me loose on a bag of onion rings!!:-D Give me a bag of onion rings and I promise that I will, more than likely, embarrass myself!!:-D

LoL, don't forget 'Freedom Fries'. :-D Much tastier supposedly than French Fries. :-D

I can take them or leave them. Prefer chips. Glad you had a good day. Always good to be on the upper side of the grass. :cool

It's what French Fries were called back when it was "unpatriotic" to like French things. It's become a joke among people who think substance and content is a lot more important than the label adorning something's surface. :p

Mimsy, have you done a test of Freedom Fries VS French fries? Just joking, all in good fun. I am sure both have a bunch of grease in them, and are probably good with ketchup.

I am really not a french fry or freedom fry person. Too much salt.

Happy belated Stubby! I hope you enjoyed your gourmet meal! :wine

LOL, the only salt is the salt you add!:confused Unless they pre-salt your fries down there.:confused:puke

They salt the heck out of them here. I don't deep fry food myself. Sometimes if you catch them when they pull them out of the grease, you can ask for non salted ones.

Yep, most everything pre-salted, (heavily) down-under, too. We just fence sit and call them "fries".;) I asked for "chips" in McD's a while back and just got a blank stare.rolleyes

Thanks Mimsy for clearing that up for me. I honestly had no idea what they were:-o Now that I know what 'Freedom Fries' are, well I don't like them either:-D Yeah Augie, Fred's right, they do salt the heck out of them down here, sometimes to the extreme!!

Yes, and they both failed miserably when compared to Five Guys cajun fries. :p
