    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Please remember that all logs are supposed to be attachments.

First you must disable Spybot's Teatimer as requested in the READ & RUN ME. See this: How to disable Spybot's TeaTimer

Uninstall the below old versions of software:
    Java(TM) 6 Update 3

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win 7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: NCO 2.0 IE BHO - {602ADB0E-4AFF-4217-8AA1-95DAC4DFA408} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {7FEBEFE3-6B19-4349-98D2-FFB09D4B49CA} - (no file)
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [fsutPing] rundll32 "C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\Temp\logmance.dll",DllGetVersion
    O16 - DPF: {E06E2E99-0AA1-11D4-ABA6-0060082AA75C} -

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Now reboot your PC.

    After reboot,

After reboot, delete all files and subfolders in the below folders except ones from the current date (Windows will not let you delete the files from the current day).
    C:\Windows\TEMP
    C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\Temp

Now run Ccleaner. Only use the Run Cleaner button. Do not run anything else on any other forms.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

Do you mean uninstall? Deleting does not mean the samething as uninstalling.

    Just continue on.

  5. theorangey

    theorangey Private E-2

Yes, uninstall, I received errors when I tried to do so.

I did not ask you to run MGtools.exe. I said run analyse.exe which is in the C:\MGtools folder. ;)

There is only one MGlogs.zip file and it is the the one in your root folder. C:\MGlogs.zip

You need to attach this. You have not attached anything in your last message.

  10. theorangey

    theorangey Private E-2

    may not have attached them.

Warning you have already attached this file.

  11. chaslang

chaslang MajorGeeks Admin - Master Malware Expert Staff Member

Which means you did not do what I requested. You need to run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat program to create a new log.

  12. theorangey

    but i did.

I deleted them. and am running again

  13. chaslang

chaslang MajorGeeks Admin - Master Malware Expert Staff Member

Not if it told you that the file was already attached. This means you did not create the new MGlogs.zip file by running GetLogs.bat. You don't need to delete anything. You just need to run GetLogs.bat and it will automatically update the existing file.

You picked up new infections since your last logs.

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Sfife] rundll32.exe "C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\ubucujof.dll",Startup
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Nwodedecoda] rundll32.exe "C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\KBDShevR.dll",Startup

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Now reboot!

    Delete the below folder::
    C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\ltlscyyds

Delete the below files if found:
    C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\Mqeri.dat
    C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\Myizerihehafile.bin
    C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\ubucujof.dll
    C:\Users\gary\AppData\Local\KBDShevR.dll

Now run Ccleaner. Only use the Run Cleaner button. Do not run anything else on any other forms.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

Now your logs are clean and you need to get properly protected before you start surfing everywhere. The below address this.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /uninstall
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /uninstall, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Go back to step 6 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    4. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    5. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    6. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    7. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    8. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    9. If you are running Win 7, Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures pointed to by step 7 of the READ ME
for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    10. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

A very common infection that has probably several dozen differnet names which basically means the name is of no use to you. It was like some form or rogue antispyware type program that may have begun all of this.

It's okay but not enough. See the link I gave you in final instructions.
