Cleaned everthing now no internet

Had a malware problem and i used your forum guide to rid my pc of trojans etc ran all the programs to clean up pc.

Everthing was working fine my AV kept poping up with some infected files but pc still working i managed to rid pc of these, windows update d/loaded some bits and since then i cannot connect to internet.

In device manager all of the options under network adapters have a yellow exclamation mark against them. tried reinstalling drivers but nothing seemed to work.
When i startup my pc a popup informs me:

Mobile Devices properties

The TCP/IP network transport is not installed

Please help
