How to install xp via usb drive??

Just wondering, can anyone tell me exactly what i have to do to be able to install XP VIA USB drive. Please include what program(s) I'll have to use.

specs, Just a s478 I threw together with some old parts.
Asus p4s-la Motherboard, came out of a series of HP, not sure which.

Thanks, One small problem, the program gets an error "invalid bartPE files patch!" what now?

It is very easy- you need that program, a Windows OS disk, a USB key and a system that boots from USB.
