Error 0xc0015002 in MS Office 2003

I've recently got this error ( 0xc0015002 ) in trying to run Excel spreadsheets.

I've searched on Google with virtually no help at all, to me.

MS Office 2003 SP3 (IIRC)

Should I uninstall, using Revo, and re-install?

usaveteran, No.

I have now uninstalled Office 2003 and installed OpenOffice, for the time being.
Until I can afford a more recent MS Office. :-D
