The judge should be judged as lacking intelligence, maturity and of sound judgment. Childrens brains aren't fully developed until in their twenties.

Believe it or not. Actually, a good percentage of them never ever mature. Seriously, that judge needs their head examined, maybe the parents are liable for letting their kids run rampant but not the kids themselves.

 

Some never mature though.

A brain is only fully developed by age 25.

augie you're right, if someone is responsible in this case, it should be the parent.

 

Even then, a good large percentage of hip fractures occur before the fall so who knows. I do feel sorry for the lady, mum had one and it was excruciatingly painful, but for these ambulance chasers to put a young family into bankruptcy is also inexcusable, they're the only ones that will really win in this tragedy, How much does the jerk think he's going to get after everyone takes their cut?
