Strange 'Malwear' infection

Hello Major Geeks firstly i would like to thank you for your help over the last so many months, it has been most appreciated.

I have a strange browser issue with Internet Explorer v8. I think it has been hijacked by some virus or malwear. When i open IE8 and go to the google search (via windows searchbar set to google or search via the url) then when i click on one of the links in the google search results page, firstly a new browser window opens and secondly it will redirect and jump a few website and land on a unrelated page. But this redirecting would only happen once for every search link in the google results page. Ontop of this i would have another popup directing to a google.analytics site (which never actrully opens). When i opened up 'Manage search providers' i noticed that the browser was always redirecting to a suggested site (shown below). I disabled suggested searchs but it still didnt stop the redirecting.


The strangest thing is these redirecting searchs and all links opening in a new windows would only happen on my laptop at home. When i take my laptop to work i do not experience any of these problems.

When i run my Norton 360 internet security 2010 edition virus scan, Malwearbytes anti-malwear and CCleaner error checker no viruses, worms, malewear or errors was detected.

I have followed a huge number of forums, anti viral and anti malwear software and yahoo answers for months with no real result.

Is there any tips you guys could offer in sorting this issue out? why does my pc only redirect on my homes isp and not at the work isp?
