My mother board specs for Memory Ram are: 2 * 240-pin DDR2 DIMM slots Supports DDR2 677/533 Dual Channel non-ECC, un-buffered memory. I have been getting intermittent BSOD after I had some ram installed. I looked at the ram chips and the specs on the those were KVR 800D2N6/2g 1.8v. I am thinking my ram chips are not compatible with my MoBo (Msi MS-7336 Ver.1.0), am I right?

What's the error message on the BSoD, and is it always the same? Memory is not the only cause of severe crashes. ;)

getting the IRQL not less... message and according to blue screen view the ntoskrnl.exe is the address that is causing the crashes.

If it's always that message, then that file is the problem, not your RAM.... sorry :(
