LOL, now where did I put that 286 of mine!-D Ya know, back in those days I preferred DOS's CLI to Win 3.1 as it would always crash on me and didn't really help that much in organizing things. It just wasted my time. Gawd man, 25 years ago!:eek

 

We are getting old Augie.

In those days i used to write my own programs in basic on my TSR80 but i did not keep up the learning when they changes the programming language.

Yep we are getting old. :-D I started off with a TRS-80 and graduated to a 4P with twin 5.25" floppy drives. :-D

Windows 3.1 is the earliest operating system that I can remember. In elementary school, I did play Organ trail--I guess it would have been DOS mode. There was no GUI. Windows 95 was a huge jump to 3.1

 

I remember way back in the day I had an old Windows 3.1 desktop, I spent sooo many hours on paint making pixel-by-pixel drawings. Some were actually pretty large, but I didn't print any out
