    hhehehehehehe thats neat, I actually have the apps on that site and they still work in Win7 :)

    Windows 3.1 (also 3.11 and 3.2) suprisingly is still available to MSDN subscribers.

    LOL, now where did I put that 286 of mine!:confused:-D Ya know, back in those days I preferred DOS's CLI to Win 3.1 as it would always crash on me and didn't really help that much in organizing things. It just wasted my time. Gawd man, 25 years ago!:eek

    Yep we are getting old. :-D I started off with a TRS-80 and graduated to a 4P with twin 5.25" floppy drives. :-D

    Windows 3.1 is the earliest operating system that I can remember. In elementary school, I did play Organ trail--I guess it would have been DOS mode. There was no GUI. Windows 95 was a huge jump to 3.1

    I remember way back in the day I had an old Windows 3.1 desktop, I spent sooo many hours on paint making pixel-by-pixel drawings. Some were actually pretty large, but I didn't print any out :(

Windows 95 was a huge jump from 3.1. Then the next big jump was XP, and now Vista and windows 7 are just pretty version of XP.
